  • All equipment is sold “AS IS WHERE IS,” with no express or implied warranties.

  • Pick-ups must be scheduled 24-48 hours in advance.

  • All equipment is pre-owned and sold in its current condition, with all faults acknowledged by bidders.

  • Wire transfers are the only accepted form of payment within 48 hours of the sale’s conclusion.

  • No pickups will be allowed without prior payment.

  • All sales are final, with no refunds issued post-payment acceptance.

  • To inspect equipment before the auction ends, please schedule a viewing appointment with Leverton Auction Services.

  • Titles are mailed within 14 days of funds being received, with equipment collection required before title issuance.

  • A 10% buyer’s premium is added to each sale, detailed in the automatic invoice post-bidding.

  • State taxes may apply depending on the location of the unit, with exemptions for dealers presenting a valid license.

  • The winning bidder must fund purchased equipment within 2 business days of the auction’s end; failure to do so may result in account suspension.

  • Buyers have 14 days from payment to collect equipment, with a storage fee of $100 per day thereafter. Additional costs may apply for extended storage.

  • Leverton Auction Services disclaims responsibility for any post-departure equipment damage, placing transportation liability on the buyer.

  • Leverton Auction Services expresses gratitude for your interest and collaboration on listed equipment and anticipates a successful engagement.
